This dramatic farmhouse villa is in the rolling hills of Valfabricca (4 miles) and nestled among trees atop a hill with sweeping views of the beautiful countryside and the nearby lake and is ideally located between Perugia (18 miles), Assisi (15 miles) and Gubbio. This ancient mansion and the adjacent buildings have been recently fully renovated and tastefully furnished retaining its traditional flavor and character while adding modern requirements for comfort. The villa occupies 3 floors and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and telephone. Outside there are ample private garden areas, a covered verandah, a private swimming pool (5x12 meters with solarium and a self-locking mechanism to maintain a constant water temperature). There is also a large conference room equipped for 60 people on the grounds and available on request. INTERIOR: Large living room with fireplace, phone, TV, dining room with access to the lovely verandah with sweeping countryside views, spacious fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with breakfast nook and fireplace, WC with wash basin, washing machine. On the second floor there is another living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub), 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms with shower, and 1 single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. On the upper level (3rd floor) there are 4 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (1 of these bedrooms has a 3rd single bed), and large, furnished verandah with plentiful areas for admiring the views.
