Skopelos: This stunning 3 bedroom 4 bathroom holiday villa, sleeps 6, is perched on the highest point of a hill, and overlooks the sea and the village from every room, as well as from the private swimming pool and flagstone patio. Designed by a well known architect, this home is a picture postcard Greek holiday house, with unbeatable sea and mountain views and wonderful décor. All 3 bedrooms have double beds and seaviews (2 with en suite bathrooms), one with private patio/entrance. Decorated beautifully, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), dining room seating inside for 8, and outside for even larger parties (with stone poolside barbecue grill). The living room area has a corner fireplace built in the traditional style, a high open-beamed ceiling and comfortable sitting area. It opens out through French windows to the upper terrace with stunning sea views. Shaded terrace, Sun terrace , Television - satellite, CD player. Pool - fresh water (8m x 3m) can be heated at extra charge. From the living room there are 2 double French doors leading out to large terrace, with views of the top of the town and on to the sea and Alonissos in the distance as well as the monasteries on the hillsides. A lovely place to relax for hours watching the busy harbour below and enjoying the peace and beauty of this tranquil spot. Surrounded by a privacy wall, the land is beautifully landscaped and has a gated entrance. Bougainvillea and pots filled with blooming flowers at the front door. This elegantly designed house is traditional in style and spills down the steep hillside, giving it such spectacular views. The partially covered terrace off the kitchen is one of the best features of the house - a large area with BBQ and long picnic-style table, filled with terracotta pots brimming with flowers - A perfect place for a sunny breakfast, looking down upon the kidney shaped pool and further to the sweeping views of sea and hillsides. 5 km from Skopelos Town, 2 km from nearest beach. Approximately 7 minutes by car from the port/picturesque waterfront of Skopelos town. Beaches: Glyfoneri is about 4 minutes drive from the house and its small beach is reached by a steep road with several quaint tavernas perched above the sea offering local fare and fabulous views. The other beach, Glysteri, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes drive from the house and is a protected north-facing inlet with a shingle beach. The clear blue water here is cooler than the islands` southern beaches and a taverna is set right next to the sea, offering traditional Greek dishes. In the other direction from the house via a rough dirt road, and leads straight across the island to the bay of Panormos with white pebble beach and seaside tavernas.

Skopelos: Villa Hellenica is in a wonderful position above Skopelos town, enjoying breathtaking views over the town and the sea. Skopelos town can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes (downhill) or short drive to the charming waterfront. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Large private swimming pool (4x10 meters). Enjoy lazing by the pool, dining `al fresco` on the outdoor terrace, walking through the tree clad hills, or venturing into town where there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes along quaint cobbled streets and at the appealing waterfront. Upper level: Spacious living room, fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. Lower level: 3 twin bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom with shower/WC. Red tiled floors, open beamed ceilings roomy, modern kitchen complete with built-in oven, dishwasher and microwave. stainless steel appliances - well equipped kitchen. Dining room with large wooden dining table and French doors leading out to a terrace that runs the length of the house. Sunken living room, open plan -with corner fireplace, built-in style sofa and french doors on two sides, to reach the outdoor dining area and the pool. The only bedroom on the main level of the house is reached by a small hallway just inside the front door. This double bedded room has open beamed ceilings, large closet space and French doors leading out to the front terrace and a barbeque on the side of the house. The rest of the spacious bedrooms are found on the lower level of the house reached by a stairway descending from the dining room. A winding stairway leads to a hallway at the bottom, where are three bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the others with double beds: each have a w/c shower room en-suite, and French doors leading to the lower level terrace running along the front of the house. Each are furnished with table and chairs and a private area to sit out and appreciate the same stunning views as the upper level terrace. Enjoy outdoor meals around the pool with lovely views down to the bay below.
