Sporades Islands. Skiathos. 1 km to nearest beach, 3 km to Skiathos Town. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), 1 WC. Villa with Air Conditioning and private swimming pool. We have 2 villas, (the larger sleeps 7, and smaller 6,) on this property for rent, nicely landscaped with gated, private entrance. The villas are 40 metres apart and do not overlook each other offering optimum privacy for each. Can be rented together or separately. Elegant, traditional villas that are well designed. Both villas are on hillsides with awesome views down to Skiathos town, the harbour and Aegean Sea from each terrace and balcony. Each villa has its own private swimming pool with connected hydro massage pool and eternity wall. Conveniently located near each pool area is an elaborate, built-in barbecue with outdoor kitchen facilities and dining area. From almost anywhere on this spacious landscaped property, you can enjoy the same wonderful views especially at sunset. INTERIOR: Entering into the top floor of either of these fabulous 2 storey villas, the open-planned space includes a full-sized kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas and a fire place. Many windows for the spectacular views, and French doors lead out to a spacious terrace overlooking the pool with views to the harbour. The living room has open wood-beamed ceilings and wood floors, along with Spanish tiles and each area is decorated in a warm traditional, yet contemporary style. The kitchen includes dishwasher and microwave. The larger villa, has an office with a sofa bed which can sleep a guest. There is a WC on this level. A stairway near the entrance leads down to the lower level of the villa where there are three bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and furnished. Each bedroom can be made up as a double bed or two singles. French doors lead to the garden and pool area from every bedroom. Facing toward the pool, the master bedroom has its own private and spacious ensuite bathroom. A second bathroom and the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer are in the hallway. Kitchen fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher. Baby Cot and high chair available. Large, Flat screen LCD TV, satellite TV, DVD + CD player Mobile internet connection, Washing machine and tumble dryer, Shaded terrace, Sun terrace, built-in BBQ, dining area with outdoor kitchen facilities. This stunning 3 bedroom 3 bathroom holiday villa, sleeps 6, is perched on the highest point of a hill, and overlooks the sea and the village from every room, as well as from the private swimming pool and flagstone patio. Designed by a well known architect, this home is a picture postcard Greek holiday house, with unbeatable sea and mountain views and wonderful d�cor. All 3 bedrooms have double beds and sea views (2 with en suite bathrooms), one with private patio/entrance. Decorated beautifully, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), dining room seating inside for 8, and outside for even larger parties (with stone poolside barbecue grill). The living room area has a corner fireplace built in the traditional style, a high open-beamed ceiling and comfortable sitting area. It opens out through French windows to the upper terrace with stunning sea views. Shaded terrace, Sun terrace , Television - satellite, CD player. Pool - fresh water (8m x 3m) can be heated at extra charge. From the living room there are 2 double French doors leading out to large terrace, with views of the top of the town and on to the sea and Alonissos in the distance as well as the monasteries on the hillsides. A lovely place to relax for hours watching the busy harbour below and enjoying the peace and beauty of this tranquil spot. Surrounded by a privacy wall, the land is beautifully landscaped and has a gated entrance. Bougainvillea and pots filled with blooming flowers at the front door. This elegantly designed house is traditional in style and spills down the steep hillside, giving it such spectacular views. The partially covered terrace off the kitchen is one of the best features of the house - a large area with BBQ and long picnic-style table, filled with terracotta pots brimming with flowers - A perfect place for a sunny breakfast, looking down upon the kidney shaped pool and further to the sweeping views of sea and hillsides. 5 km from Skopelos Town, 2 km from nearest beach. Approximately 7 minutes by car from the port/picturesque waterfront of Skopelos town. Beaches: Glyfoneri is about 4 minutes drive from the house and its small beach is reached by a steep road with several quaint tavernas perched above the sea offering local fare and fabulous views. The other beach, Glysteri, can be reached in approximately 10 minutes drive from the house and is a protected north-facing inlet with a shingle beach. The clear blue water here is cooler than the islands` southern beaches and a taverna is set right next to the sea, offering traditional Greek dishes. In the other direction from the house via a rough dirt road, and leads straight across the island to the bay of Panormos with white pebble beach and seaside tavernas.

Bayside Villa, walk to town and beach from this 4 bedroom villa with 4 bedrooms, each with double bed, 2 bathroom with shower, sleeps 8 with seaviews. Private swimming pool, near beach, short walk to main town of Skopelos (800 meters), sits just above the water on the edge of this beautiful bay and has lovely views across the water to the picturesque town. Pebbly beach only about 300 meters away. The villa has been recently refurbished. Interior: Enter through the kitchen, which is quite simple, but adequate for preparing meals and entertaining a large party. From the kitchen, the sitting room is reached through a wide, open doorway and is furnished with a sofa and large dining table. To one side a door leads to a double-bedded room and off the kitchen, is a W/C shower room. On the opposite wall on the front side of the house is a second, larger double-bedded room. This is equipped with a wardrobe and a window facing out to the sea, harbour and town. The upstairs level is reached by a narrow stairway from the kitchen, which leads up to a second small sitting area with sofa and coffee table. There is one back double- bedded room, a W/C shower room and one front facing double- bedded room with lovely views out to sea. The views are fabulous from the sitting room windows as well, though the favourite spot for all is the extended terrace reached from the French doors in the sitting room. This spacious terrace is the perfect spot for watching the whitewashed village come alive in the morning sunshine. Enjoy the view of ferries coming and going in the busy harbour over morning coffee, all from the comfort of your own private villa. Simply and comfortably furnished, a great holiday home with easy access to the town and the sea. Approached from the small road that runs alongside the water-front, this house is set in a large garden, along with the owner�s own house, which is next door, the pool is for your exclusive use and private.
