Lovely villa, 3 bedrooms, 3 ensuite bathrooms, just steps away from the
beach, enjoying great views to the sea and the horizon, recently built.
Furnished with contemporary and antique pieces of furniture. On a
private land plot of 1,500sqm, which borders with other properties. The main
entrance of the villa is located at the rear, where there is an area shaded
with pergola. This area will be turned into open-air dining area with the
addition of a built-in table and benches. The entrance to villa opens onto
an open-plan split-level area: on the upper level there is the dining room
and kitchen. Two steps down on the lower level there is the living room,
with corner fireplace and two large sofa-beds.
Large French doors exit on the spacious front pergola-shaded veranda with
comfortable bamboo couches and armchairs. The view to the Soros bay and
beach is spectacular. On the right of the entrance there is a door leading
to a double bedroom with en suite WC/shower recess. French doors open onto
the front veranda, which is separated by the main front one with a low wall.
This part of the veranda is also shaded and enjoys the same views to the sea
and the surrounding areas. On the right of the entrance there is an interior
built-in staircase which leads to the upper and lower floors. On the upper
floor, the staircase leads directly to the door of a double bedroom, which
also has an en suite WC/shower recess. French doors exit onto a narrow
balcony, with excellent views to the sea. On the lower floor, the staircase
leads to the 3rd double bedroom of the villa (with en suite WC/shower recess
as well which exits onto a spacious yard with pergola and a storing area.
Open-air parking area on the plot. Distances: Beach of Soros at 100m via a
pathway. Antiparos port at 8,5km (15 min drive). Last 1km to the villa is
unpaved dirt road. Ferry-boats from Pounda (every 10-20min) ferry ride is 10
min long. During the summer season ferries run from 7am until 3am. A lovely
taverna by the beach of Soros offers as well basic items for shopping.
Extensive shopping and night life downtown Antiparos.
