AMALFI. This lovely villa is situated in a very quiet and scenic position perched over the renowned Bay of Nerano on the Amalfi Coast between the marina and the village of Nerano. It is a perfect location to access the Isle of Capri, Positano, Amalfi and the islands or relax at the nearby beach or the beaches in the bays within walking distance from the villa. From the villa there are spectacular views over the garden, the marina and beach, the coastline and the sea. At the bottom of the main garden there is an 'orto' (kitchen garden) and lemon and olives groves. The interiors of the villa are comfortably furnished and facilities include a satellite TV. A particular feature of the house is the very light sitting and dining rooms, which open through French windows to beautiful terraces overlooking the garden and the sea. From a winding road it is possible to walk down to the marina and beach in 5 minutes. The villa is a two level property with the house being approximately 2500 sq. ft with lovely gardens and terraces of over 10,000 sq. ft.  FIRST FLOOR: There are 4 bedrooms available upstairs. The bus to Sorrento leaves or from the marina (5 minutes walk from the house) or there is a bus station 2 minutes walk from the house with buses to all the nearby villages, Positano and Sorrento. From the marina there are also hire boats for trips to the Island of Capri, Positano, Amalfi and all the nearby bays and islands. The marina has a beach with many water activities and   restaurants. The shops for food are 10 minutes walk in Nerano village or drive to close towns such as Massalubrense or Sant’Agata (15 minutes).

The villa is enclosed on all sides with access to the property via automatic gate to the parking area, and from there you go down a short flight of steps to reach the villa, which looks entirely towards the sea.
