It is stylishly decorated throughout and is set on 200 acres of fine land w/ orchards, vineyards, almond groves and spectacular views across the fertile countryside. The original parts of the stone house dates back over 400 years and was fully renovated by the current owner, one of Mallorca's leading architects and interior designers and it has been refurbished with great care towards Mallorca tradition. It has a very modern interior naturally blended with many original rustic features. INTERIOR: There is a large living room w/ fireplace, Sat. TV, DVD player and an arched doorway leads into a spacious and comfortable sitting room/lounge. There is a large, very modern, fully-fitted kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, marble work top and five burner gas hob/oven with a side door to the sun terrace, and spacious dining room w/ solid oak table and access onto the front terrace, a large twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and doorway to the garden terrace, yet another lounge area with stairs leading up to an open plan double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and guests cloakroom and separate utility room with the washing machine. Upstairs is the magnificent and very large master bedroom with two double beds, walk in wardrobes, full en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, sitting area, pine strip flooring and direct access to the private upper sun terrace with views across fields to distant mountains. The accommodation is presented in first class condition and benefits further from the mellow, cooling terracotta tiles used throughout the house. with many original wooden beams. Many unique individual features and local artefacts, all create a rustic enchantment of a bygone age that is purely Mallorcan with colorful hand painted ceramics, vaulted ceilings, coved lighting and full use of natural light. The home is fully air-conditioned and most bedrooms also have ceiling fans. ANNEX: Adjoining the main house is the delightful annex with recently upgraded accommodation offering; lounge with seating area, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom each with en-suite shower room. Two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) share an adjacent full bath/shower room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Living room with feature fireplace, three piece suite. This annex is ideal for grandparents, teenagers or nanny. EXTERIOR: The house is tailor made for enjoying the Mallorcan Mediterranean climate and there are abundant furnished patios, lounges and sunrooms, in addition to the large private pool and outdoor BBQ and dining area.
