The villa was completely renovated in the winter of 2003, it is all on one level and quite open and airy with large windows making the interior bright and pleasant. Golden Mile Villa is set on a private garden of 22,000 sq. ft. with swimming pool, furnished terraces including a covered terrace in the garden by the pool with outdoor dining table. The outdoor areas are all private and ideal for enjoying the wonderful climate of the Costa del Sol and the views. The interior is furnished to a high standard with special detail given to the décor throughout all the rooms. INTERIOR: Air-conditioned luxury villa: There are 5 double bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, an additional guest WC, a living room with fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. OUTDOOR AREAS: Large garden with lawn, swimming pool, covered summer terrace with dining area, furnished terraces, and parking. Further amenities include a telephone, air-conditioning, satellite television, VCR, stereo with CD player. Cleaning included 2hrs/day Monday thru Thursday.
